Managing Veterinarian
Debbie Clark
Dr. Deb Clark grew up in Western Washington and has always been an animal lover. She particularly loved dogs and cats, reading every dog book she could find in her elementary school library. She attended Western Washington University where in her senior year she switched from an engineering major to the pre-vet curriculum. She then attended WSU where she received her B.S. in Animal Sciences and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine with her D.V.M. in 1997. Dr. Clark initially practiced in the Bothell/Mill Creek area for about 10 years, with a 2 year period practicing at a busy practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was introduced to the Frontier Village Vet Clinic family by friend and colleague Dr. Huckell in 2012 and has been here ever since.
Dr. Clark enjoys wellness and preventative care, internal medicine and has grown to love geriatric care. She especially likes working together with clients to develop the best individual plan for their pet – whether it be an overall life plan or managing a specific issue – the common goal is a long, happy, high quality life with those we love.
Dr. Clark lives in Snohomish with her husband and two sons. They all adore their rescue “tri-pod” dog, “Scout” and their sassy talkative Papillion, “Abby”. Dr. Clark loves winter downhill skiing and summer water sports with her family. She reads, likes eating more than cooking, and someday hopes to travel. A goal is to visit as many ski mountains as possible. She is truly enjoying her running buddies at FVVC, running three half marathons with Dr. Justus and Dr. Jones and others in the last couple of years. She loves most sports but especially cheering on her sons in anything they do – and the Cougs, and Seahawks!!
